NORETHINDRONE (Ortho-Micronor® or Errin. or Jolivette., Nor-QD® or Camila., Norlutin®, Aygestin®) is used as a birth-control pill (to prevent an unwanted pregnancy) or a hormone treatment. Norethindrone acts like the natural hormone progesterone. Natural progesterone is essential to normal functioning of the female reproductive system. Norethindrone also helps to treat an irregular menstrual cycle, lack of menstrual periods, or abnormal uterine bleeding caused by a hormonal imbalance

CLOMIPHENE (Clomid) is an ovulatory stimulant. It works by helping to produce more hormones that cause your ovaries to release 1 or more eggs.

DANAZOL (Danocrine®) slows production of the female hormone estrogen. Danazol is a man-made steroid that has similar actions to androgens, or male sex hormones. Danazol relieves the symptoms of endometriosis by shrinking the abnormal tissue, which forms a lining to the womb. Danazol can reduce the growth of abnormal breast tissue and is helpful in the treatment of fibrocystic breast disease. Danazol also treats a disorder that affects both men and women called hereditary angioedema, which causes swelling and pain in the arms, legs, face, throat, colon, or reproductive (sex) organs

FLUCONAZOLE (Diflucan) is used for treating and preventing certain yeast and fungal infections. It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor. Fluconazole is an azole antifungal. It kills sensitive fungi by interfering with the formation of the fungal cell membrane.

Dydrogesterone (Duphaston®) is an orally active progestogen which acts directly on the uterus, producing a complete secretory endometrium in an estrogen-primed uterus. It is used in a wide range of menstrual disorders that are thought to result from a lack of progesterone in the body

RALOXIFENE (Evista) is used for treating and preventing osteoporosis (bone thinning) in women who are past menopause. It is also used to reduce the risk of invasive breast cancer in certain women who are past menopause. It may also be used for other conditions as determined by your doctor. This medicine is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). It works in osteoporosis by decreasing bone breakdown and thinning that may occur in women after menopause. It works to decrease the risk of invasive breast cancer by blocking estrogen in breast and uterine tissue.

METRONIDAZOLE (Metrogel®, MetroCream®, MetroLotion., Noritate.) is an antibacterial agent. It kills or prevents the growth of certain bacteria. Metronidazole treats rosacea, also known as adult acne. It reduces redness and inflammation, and the number of pimples

FLUVOXAMINE (Luvox®) helps people with an obsessive-compulsive disorder. It relieves the anxiety and unpleasant thoughts that make a person repeat everyday tasks (like hand-washing). Fluvoxamine is also used as an antidepressant, and may be used to treat other conditions such as panic disorder, premenstrual syndrome, or traumatic stress

IBUPROFEN (Motrin®) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Motrin is used in adults for relief of the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, treatment of menstrual pain, and relief of mild to moderate pain. In children aged 6 months and older it can be given to reduce fever and relieve mild to moderate pain. It is also used to relieve the symptoms of juvenile arthritis

LEVONORGESTREL (Norplant®) is a contraceptive (birth control) device that is surgically implanted under the skin. The device releases the hormone levonorgestrel, a progestin, in the body to prevent pregnancy for up to 5 years. Once the implant capsules are removed, fertility quickly returns to normal

BROMOCRIPTINE (Parlodel®) comes from a group of medicines known as ergot alkaloids. It blocks the release of a hormone called prolactin that affects the menstrual cycle and breast milk production. Bromocriptine is useful in treating menstrual and fertility problems and symptoms caused by cancers (adenomas) that raise prolactin levels in the body. Bromocriptine can be used to treat Parkinson's disease. The drug is also helpful in treating acromegaly (excessive growth hormone)

CONJUGATED ESTROGENS (Premarin) is used for treating certain symptoms of menopause (eg, hot flashes, vaginal dryness or itching). It is used to prevent osteoporosis (weak bones) after menopause in certain patients. It is used in certain patients to treat low estrogen levels, breast cancer or prostate cancer. Premarin is a mixture of female estrogen hormones. It works by replacing natural estrogens in a woman who can no longer produce enough estrogen. It works for advanced prostate cancer by antagonizing male hormones.

MEDROXYPROGESTERONE (Depo-Provera® Contraceptive and Depo-subQ Provera 104.) acts as a contraceptive or method of birth control (to prevent an unwanted pregnancy).
